sumberqqPrivacy Policy

This page describes what we collect when you use sumberqq and how we keep that data protected under industry-standard encryption and access controls.

We at sumberqq understand that your personal information — your identity documents, bank account details, transaction history, and gaming preferences — is sensitive. Our privacy commitments are built into every system we operate: from the moment you create your sumberqq account to your final withdrawal. We do not sell your data to advertisers, brokers, or third-party marketers. We use your information only for account verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and regulatory compliance in the jurisdictions where we operate.

Our data handling reflects our belief that transparency and user control are non-negotiable. Read on to understand exactly what we collect, who has access, your rights, and how to contact us if you have concerns about your privacy on sumberqq.

What We Collect on sumberqq

When you open an account on sumberqq, we collect personal identifiers: your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and a government-issued ID number (national ID, passport, or driving licence). We also collect your physical address and banking details (account holder name, bank code, account number) so that we can process your withdrawals to the correct account.

During account use, we collect transaction data: every deposit, withdrawal, game activity, bet placed, and odds accepted. We collect your device information (device model, operating system, IP address, browser type) to identify and prevent duplicate accounts and fraudulent activity. We collect your login history (timestamps, device fingerprints, login success/failure events) to monitor for unauthorized access attempts.

We also collect payment method details. If you fund your sumberqq account via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, we store a tokenized reference to that e-wallet (not the full account credentials) so you can reuse it for future deposits without re-entering details. For bank transfers via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet virtual accounts, we store the generated virtual-account number and your confirmation that you own that account. We never store your bank PIN, card CVV, or e-wallet password — those remain encrypted at your payment provider's end.

Data you control on sumberqq

Your password, two-factor authentication settings, and communication preferences are stored encrypted and accessible only to you (and sumberqq staff in emergencies). You can reset your password, disable two-factor authentication, or update your email address from your account settings anytime.

How We Use Your Data

sumberqq uses your personal data for specific, lawful purposes. We verify your identity (KYC) by cross-checking your ID photo, selfie, and personal details against fraud databases and regulatory blacklists. This protects both you and us from money-laundering and identity theft. We process your deposits and withdrawals by sharing your bank account details with our payment processors (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment partners, or online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment). We generate internal analytics (e.g., how many users access sumberqq from Jakarta vs. Surabaya, or peak traffic times) but do so without linking that data back to individual identities.

We also use your data to investigate suspicious activity. If we detect unusual login patterns (multiple login attempts from different countries in seconds, or a withdrawal to a different bank account than you've used before), we review your transaction and may temporarily hold it pending your confirmation. This caution is designed to catch compromised accounts before funds are lost.

Third-Party Data Processors

We do not keep all your data on our own servers alone. Our payment processors (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) receive and store your banking or e-wallet details to execute transfers. Our hosting provider stores encrypted backups of our database in data centers outside Indonesia — typically Singapore or the Asia-Pacific region — to ensure uptime if our local infrastructure fails. Our fraud-detection vendor (a third-party cybersecurity firm) analyzes transaction patterns to flag suspicious behavior; they see transaction amounts, timestamps, and device fingerprints but not your name or ID number.

We require all third-party processors to sign data-processing agreements (DPAs) that bind them to the same privacy standards we uphold. If a processor is hacked, we contractually obligate them to notify us within 24 hours so we can alert affected users. We audit our processors' security practices annually.

Your Rights and Contact

You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. Submit a request via the Support section on sumberqq, and we will compile and deliver your data within 30 days. You also have the right to correct inaccurate information — if your name is misspelled or your address is outdated, you can update it in Account Settings or contact us to do so. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, submit a deletion request and we will scrub your records from sumberqq within 60 days, subject to any legal obligation to retain transaction logs for anti-money-laundering compliance.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on the sumberqq website and app to remember your login session, store your language preference, and measure how visitors navigate our platform. These are functional cookies (necessary for you to stay logged in) and analytics cookies (to understand traffic patterns). We do not use advertising cookies to track you across the web. If you disable cookies, you may find that sumberqq functions are limited — for example, you'll be logged out after every browser close.

Jurisdiction and data storage: Our primary servers are located in Indonesia. Some encrypted backups and fraud analytics may transit through or be stored in Singapore or other Asia-Pacific jurisdictions as part of our disaster-recovery plan. By opening a sumberqq account, you consent to this cross-border data transfer.

If you have questions about your privacy on sumberqq or wish to exercise any of the rights described above, contact us via email through the Support portal or use the Help section in your account. We aim to respond to all privacy inquiries within five business days. If you believe sumberqq has mishandled your data or breached this policy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your jurisdiction — sumberqq will cooperate fully with any official investigation.

This privacy policy is effective immediately and applies to all accounts created on or after its publication. We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on sumberqq. Your continued use of sumberqq after any such change indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
